Not at all — all fitness levels are welcome. We meet you where you are and build from there. Our coaches are experienced at scaling workouts to suit complete beginners through to experienced athletes.
This is actually where we excel. Our healthcare-led approach is specifically designed for safe training with injuries, chronic pain, or movement limitations. Many of our members came to us because other gyms weren't working for them.
Yes — guaranteed. Our maximum group size of 7 people means your coach can see you, correct you, and coach you throughout the entire session. This is fundamentally different from a big box gym experience.
Every session follows a structured flow: Warm-up → Strength Work → Conditioning → Recovery & Cooldown. Each phase is coached and purposeful — nothing is random, everything has a reason.
Just comfortable workout clothes, supportive sneakers, and a water bottle. We handle everything else. Show up, and we'll take care of the rest.
